Return and Exchange Policy

At Northeast of Austin, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace any items that arrive damaged or defective at no additional cost to you.
